Renee Morgan
EMS Crosswalk Coordinator
Renee serves as the EMS Crosswalk Coordinator on the CNA Virtual Skills Evaluation program at the University of Georgia’s (UGA) Institute for Disaster Management. She graduated from Dekalb College and has over 45 years of experience as a paramedic. She retired from the Georgia Department of Public Health as a Trauma Program Director after serving there for 23 years.
At IDM, Renee’s role is to provide the EMS perspective on the CNA VSE program to enhance educational opportunities with other allied health programs. She utilizes her background in public health, physician services and EMS to provide insight to the project.
Renee continues to stay active in middle Georgia’s EMS programs and enjoys traveling, hunting for antiques, and celebrating Christmas year-round.
