Join the Institute for Disaster Management, in partnership with the UGA Office of Emergency Preparedness, for a month full of preparedness-themed events.

September 2nd: Disaster Game Night at Rook & Pawn

Details: Drop in for a disaster game night at Room & Pawn! Pay $7 to play unlimited games. We’ll be playing mostly disaster board games, but any game in the store is available. A small percentage of sales will feed back into the IDM fund to sponsor more events like these for students.
September 11th: Disaster Movie Screening: 9/11

Details: Join us for a special screening of “9/11”, a real-life documentary following the day’s events from an insider’s view, through the lens of James Hanlon and two French filmmakers who were in Manhattan that one day.
